Thoughts on the inFamous demo
My thoughts on the demo? Well for most of the day I waited for the demo, then I had a DNS error for like over 3 hours, so I went to bed in a extremely bad mood. Therefore me waking up at 1 am to download and play the demo meant that I had a bad first impression of the game. I found it repetitive, tedious and the controls not easy to get used to. When I woke up later on at 8.30 am fully refreshed, I started up that demo and boy did my opinion change!
I turned into a saddo. I actually pretended I was a Greek god and everyone should bow down to me, but thats the beauty of the game, you have so much power that you are a god. Compared to games like GTA IV or Saints Row 2, inFamous uses the same basis. Open world. Free roaming. Loads of stuff to do. But it changes the story and gameplay to fit something new, which is superpowers.
Basically I love the demo. The demo is quite long as well. You can easily sit there playing it for over an hour. There's like 5 missions as well. Also Assassin's Creed and inFamous share the the third person parkour climbing. In my opinion there not the same. AC's climbing is more realistic where inFamous is just speed and action. Plus its a lot harder to fall than in AC which I personally don't like. Who really cares? I pre-ordered mine sometime ago and I'm looking forward to it on friday.
If you a fan of free roaming games like GTA IV or even Spider-Man 2 then this is a must buy. If not... Buy it anyway.
Till next time

X-Men Origins: Wolverine Demo Review
The demo starts with your heli' getting taken out of the air, and you hurtling towards the ground Just Cause style. While falling your able to control Wolverine in the way of moving up and down, and side to side, allowing him to dodge incoming missiles. Now the graphics look OK. Now i when i mean OK I mean... Umm yeah OK. Compared to the likes of GTA IV and even Wanted: Weapons of Fate, it seems that graphics came a little lower in there tick list. I thought that Wolverine's healing would look more dramatic, and we would get to see a bunch of guts and crap. How's red spots for you ?
The gameplay actually is pretty good. There's a light attack, strong attack, throws and lunges (where Wolverine pounces across the screen to stab a guy in the chest) and environmental attacks and kills. The controls are easy to use and fun. Basically this game is a hack n' slash. There doesn't seem to be a real point to it all, but to do it is fun. Not all games are fun, but this one is, so thats the most important thing .
There's little you can say about a demo. It's harder to talk a game when you miss out things like story and multiplayer and stuff like that, but judging from the demo, you might see a full game review of that by me on YouTube. It's just that good.
8/10
Edit: May I just say the opening cut scene where Wolverine is in the future is just..... A-M-A-Z-I-N-G like grace ! Puts most films to shame!
It's been done !
Well only the first part. I finished the first part of the short film I'm making called 'Molly Wants To Play!' I don't want to ruin it too much, or at all. All I can says is two things, 1 the music is sick and is made by TEMPHUiBIS on YouTube (look him up!) and it's a LOT better than Karate Man. With my expert knowledge from Media Studies, I feel that this one will probably be by far the most enjoyable one to watch. Hopefully MWTP! will be released some time between the end of July and the beginning of August.

UFC: Undisputed Demo Thoughts
I was wrong. Well not really. I do think UFC: Undisputed's grappling controls are a bit confusing. I also think that some characters have an unfair advantage against others, but... I LOVE THAT KICK TO THE HEAD! Ouch. What a beautiful crunch. I'm also loving those beautiful knockouts. At the moment I'm really liking the game. Before I hated it because Chuck Lidell is a lot stronger than the other guy. Plus seeing that the tutorial is so long, I forgot most of the moves when it came to the main fighting.
You can leave this game feeling two things;
1) the controls are too complicated, plus there are far too many of them
2) the amount of detail in this game is vast compared to others. The controls work amazingly, and the amount seem to be worth it !
I can honestly say ... I'm in the middle.

Youtube Page Update and New Video
I finally did it ! Well it's nothing to be excited about but it I've finally updated my Youtube page. Before it was really boring, and plain, but now it's up and rearing to go!
Another thing I gotta say. I made a video review about Wanted: Weapons of Fate, and as expected it's nothing like the demo. Watch the review to find out.

Wanted: Weapons of Fate (Demo Review)
Is sliding to cover fun? Yes. Is blind firing fun? Umm, I guess. Is shooting the doors of an airplane (whilst still in mid flight) fun? Yes. Is seeing the enemies get sucked out fun? Yeah it sure is! Wanted: Weapons of Fate is a fast paced, third person action game, and is a pretty good one for a movie tie in. Now you might dismiss the game on the fact that it is based on a film with mixed reviews, but nevertheless this game is fun, and isn't that what everybody wants?
With the tutorials over, the game places you onto a airplane full of bad guys, and its your task to kill them all. Kill bad guys. Go up to next level. Rinse and repeat. The action changes where your actually in the main cabins. This is where the cover system is handy, an luckily it actually works. With a quick tap of the action button (X on PS3) you move towards cover. From there you have the choice to slide/run to somewhere else, blind fire and curve bullets into heads.
This is the element that makes Wanted unique. The film and comic were famous for that same, extremely strange ability that the characters had. Well it works. Well most of the time. To use it, you have to build adrenaline by killing people, then you have to hold a button and move the line til the person you want to shoot turns grey. It seems simple, and it is, but it is flawed. Once activated, you can't change targets, and at times there's no way you can actually hit someone, making you lose adrenaline because you can't just switch it off, you must pull the trigger. When it works its beautiful, when it doesn't, well that something else.
Wanted is a good game. The shooting is good. The cover system works, and the game is challenging. The curving however is flawed at times. Don't get me wrong, I like it. It's fun, and it's great when you see the little cut scene where the bullet penetrates the body, but when your stuck targeting the guy standing right in front of you, it's pretty useless. Well it is only the demo, so i guess things can change.

Molly Wants To Play (MWTP): Filming Day One
Well I've just finished the opening to Molly Wants To Play and i really feel good about it. I wanted it to be around ten minutes, but seeing that the term 'short but sweet' works some of the time in movies, it could be good. I don't want to waffle on with useless scenes. Just straight to the point. Hopefully I can put this into my portfolio, but anyway.
MWTP is on course for a scary Friday the 13th release. It looks like it might be delayed for convenience, but I want to do this for the 13th. I'd feel better about it. More info soon !

Molly Wants To Play!
Ok this might sound like some weird title for this post but I've got a reason.
On Friday 13th of March I will be releasing my first horror movie called 'Molly Wants To Play!'
Yep this again is going to be on a low budget,(umm I'll probably be spending around £0.00 ).
Filming will be starting soon, but minor parts are available.
There will be more info in the coming months.

Can Stress Kill You? (Co-Written by Mr S and Luigi)
Dir GP: Recently I've heard that apparently this guy is dying of stress. Well I think thats BULLSHIT! You can't die of stress. You can die of the symptoms but not stress itself.
Luigi: you yourself cause stress no one else can cause stress for you.
Mr S: AIIIIIIIIRRRRR
Dir GP: Is what we all need.
